Jawatan Kosong Lembaga Pelabuhan Kelang Port Klang is situated on the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia, about 40 km from the capital city, Kuala Lumpur. Its proximity to the greater Klang Valley - the commercial and industrial hub of the country as well as the country's most populous region ensures that the port plays a pivotal role in the economic development of the country. Based on a Government directive in 1993, Port Klang is currently being developed as the National Load Centre and eventually a hub for the region.
With a number of load centring and hubbing strategies pursued since 1993, the facilities and services in Port Klang are now synonymous to those of World class ports. The port has trade connections with over 120 countries and dealings with more than 500 ports around the world. Its ideal geographical location makes it the first port of call for ships on the eastbound leg and the last port of call on the westbound leg of the Far East-Europe trade route.

Jawatan Kosong Lembaga Kemajuan Tanah Persekutuan (FELDA) Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA) was established on July 1, 1956 when the Land Development Act (1956) came into force. The initial capital of RM10 million, and the first settlement of 16.2 square kilometers of rubber trees in Ayer Lanas opened in 1957. In 1958, five similar schemes opened. It is administered by a Board responsible to the Deputy Prime Minister under the Prime Minister. FELDA's role is to develop a new land to make farms productive through effective agricultural management among the settlers as well as encourage the growth of a progressive and disciplined society. In the 1960s and 1970s, government policy began to emphasize crop diversification to avoid large price drop. In 1961, the settlement of the inaugural Felda oil palm is open, with 3.75 km² of land. By 2000, a total of 6,855.2 km ² of land under Felda plans palm focused.

In the beginning, clinical training for medical students and medical services provided by lecturers were carried out at the Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL), which served as a teaching hospital. In 1997, Hospital UKM (HUKM) was established as a teaching hospital for students of the Faculty of Medicine, UKM. The administrative structure of HUKM was separated from the faculty and its head was a Hospital Director. When HUKM was first established, the positions of Dean and Hospital Director were held by one officer, but since 1998, the Faculty of Medicine has had its own Dean and HUKM its own Director. However, on 20 February 2008, the Faculty of Medicine and HUKM were combined to form a new entity known as Pusat Perubatan UKM (PPUKM) or UKM Medical Centre (UKMMC) with the motto: Integrating Education and Research for Society. The PPUKM is headed by a Dean cum Director who is responsible for the management of the entire range of academic, research and clinical services at the centre.
